Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions for FeelRooty

This document outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in the FeelRooty affiliate program. Within this agreement, "Affiliate" denotes the applicant, while "FeelRooty" refers to Biohacking Vital d.o.o., the party entering into this agreement with you. By submitting an application for the FeelRooty affiliate program, you confirm that you have reviewed this agreement and consent to its stipulations.

Commissions

In order for an affiliate to earn a commission, the customer must successfully complete the order form and submit full payment for the product. Commissions will exclusively be disbursed for sales generated through qualified and properly structured affiliate links. The responsibility for appropriately coding these links rests solely with the affiliate. Commission details can be accessed via the affiliate Dashboard.

Payment

Affiliates will receive payments at the end of each month, with payments typically processed through PayPal. The minimum payment amount is 50 EUR. 

Refunds

Should a customer request a refund for a transaction that resulted in earned commissions for the affiliate, any commissions associated with the refunded amount will be deducted from the Affiliate's account balance.

Usage and Responsibilities

Affiliates are authorized to employ FeelRooty's brand and marketing materials that are made available to them. Logos and other assets must not be altered in any way. Affiliates do not acquire any rights, including trademark or copyright, to these materials.

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from implying that they represent FeelRooty or acting on FeelRooty's behalf. They must refrain from presenting themselves, FeelRooty, or their association with FeelRooty in a deceptive or misleading manner. Furthermore, affiliates should not engage in the dissemination of unsolicited bulk emails (spam) referencing or mentioning FeelRooty.

Term and Termination

Both parties reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately without prior notice. In the event of termination initiated by the affiliate, commissions earned from past or future customer transactions with FeelRooty will be honored and paid out.

Modifications

We retain the right to modify any terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement at any time and at our sole discretion. These modifications may encompass changes in commission structures, payment procedures, available commissions, and Affiliate Program regulations.

We've recently noticed that having \"noreferrer\" in the html of links leading to our website may lead to some clicks not being registered on affiliate programs. This is because affiliate cookies rely on referrals. As a result, we strongly recommend that you check that you do not have \"noreferrer\" included in the html of links leading to our websites.

US FTC & FDA REGULATIONS We wish to remind all affiliates of their responsibilities and ours under FTC and FDA regulations. 1. Please be aware that there are official FTC guidelines as to what constitutes an advert or endorsement and you are expected to be aware of and to abide by them 2. Where appropriate a disclosure of the affiliate relationship must be shown 3. There are very strict FDA rules about efficacy claims in reviews and articles and you are expected to be aware of and to abide by them 4. We have received complaints that some reviews and articles contain malicious false statements about competitor’s products a. We will let you know if we receive such allegations about your site b. We will investigate such allegations rather than take them at face value c. If malicious false statements are being made this is grounds to terminate our affiliate agreement d. When we receive complaints from other parties we will not pass on affiliate contact details unless required by law e. We strongly recommend that where a statement is made that could be viewed as contentious or damaging that a link be given to the source f. We will not supply or direct content unless to point out errors or issues relating to our products eg. Errors or statements about our products contrary to what is allowed by FTC, FDA or other applicable legislation must be corrected h. Failure to correct such errors is grounds to terminate our affiliate agreement i. We do, from time-to-time, review affiliate’s sites.
